Support Letters
Gregory’s attorney will be filing a motion for a sentence reduction under the compassionate release statute.
He needs letters in support of Gregory’s release for the court.
If you know him personally or feel that you think he has served his time and should have a second chance please write your letters of support. You can include your personal interaction with Gregory, your observations of how he interacts with others, or any other positive stories that you think can help. Explain why you think he deserves a second chance in life. If you can offer him support after his release in any manner please include that as part of the letter as well (e.g. job offers, housing, clothing, monetary support, counseling/mentoring, etc.). Your letter will go a long way with the judge and can mean all the difference between them sending him home to be with his family of keeping him in prison.
