Hey Guys! Ok, I’m back! Its been a while and a lot has changed once again. I now have direct access to email which makes things so much easier. In order for me to be able to email you I have to have your email address first. I send an approval request to you, you have to approve the request than the email lines are open. You know all the red tape.
This July the Bishop from the Archdiocese is coming in to baptize and confirm my good friend Bucky. I’m pretty excited about this because I will be serving at that Mass and I’m Bucky’s sponsor. I’m so happy for him.
This past week I was elected to be the Secretary to the Inmate/Warden Interaction Committee. This is a committee that meets with the Warden and her staff to discuss things in the institution and to help to do things to improve inmate and staff relations. My first meeting was this past Friday and I was very impressed on how professional the inmates and staff really were. I really believe this is a very good thing. Communication is an important think in life, and to be able to open up these lines in this setting is a definite plus.
This coming week I will hopefully be starting a new job in the Education Department as an Advanced Tutor. I will be covering all the course materials that are needed for inmates to take the GED tests. This is another thing I think is so important in life and that is education! Too bad I didn’t believe this when I was a teen! I might be other places right now if I continued my education right out of HS.
